Mr. K, Age 30

Mr. K was diagnosed with Bell Palsy for 9 days when he came to see our Chinese master at The TOLE. According to Mr. K, he woke up one morning and felt numbness on the right side of his face. He even joked that although he felt the numbness, there were also tickling sensations at times. His main difficulties after getting Bell Palsy was he can’t close his right eye when he wants to sleep and can’t drink water properly as he can’t control the flow. He said that he was also losing confidence because he also has difficulty in speaking.

Mr. K started seeking treatment at The TOLE on 8th Jan 2013. His daily treatment will be undergo 3 times neuro-acupuncture sessions per day as well as consume herbal medicine. After 2 weeks, there were no more numbness in his face and he can close his eyes when he wants to sleep. He was very happy with the progress of the treatment.
